Guardian Guard Services Acquires RGIS Security - Midwest

Guardian Guard Services of Michigan is pleased to announce the acquisition of RSIG Security – Midwest a Southfield, MI based security guard provider. The acquisition was completed in January of 2013 and Guardian took over the guard accounts shortly thereafter. The majority of the 200 security officers employed by RSIG continued their employment with Guardian in current positions to guarantee a seamless transition for customers.
